Mr. Juan Rafael Rivera Caraballo is the Chief Appraiser/Founder. He is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of New York and a Licensed Professional Appraiser in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

Mr. Rivera has over 20 years of diversified real estate experience. The majority of Mr. Rivera's real estate appraisal assignments have been performed throughout New York State and Puerto Rico. A large scope of his assignments includes residential properties along with office, retail, and vacant land. Additionally, he has performed consultation in Europe (Greece) and Appraisal Reviews for banking institutions in Puerto Rico. In January 2015 Mr. Rivera was awarded the SRA and AI-RRS designations by the Appraisal Institute and he also holds a Master's Degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University.
